Our Celebration
Here’s everything you need to know for each day of the celebration.
Day One · 3rd August
6:30 PM
We’re starting the wedding weekend the only way that makes sense - with an all-white party in Italy. Dress in all white, enjoy food, cocktails and music, and help us kick off the wedding weekend properly.

Day Two · 4th August
Please Arrive 4:30PM
The big day. All guests are welcome to enjoy the pool during the day before getting ready for the main event. Please arrive at 4:30 PM for pre-ceremony, then we’ll move into the ceremony, cocktails, reception and after party as the night kicks on.

Day Three · 5th August
1:00PM
Hope everyone’s recovering well - we’re here to help with the final hoorah. The Recovery Pool Party starts at 1:00 PM, and this one is much more relaxed, so don’t stress. Come hungry, spend the afternoon by the pool, and settle in for Italian food, drinks and a slower day after the wedding.
At 7:30 PM, we’ll come together for our Farewell Garden Dinner. If you’re staying off-site, feel free to bring a change of outfit so you don’t have to head back in between.

A few helpful details for getting to the villa and getting home.
The villa is tucked into the Tuscan hills, roughly 15 minutes from Florence city centre, around 25 minutes from Florence Airport, and about 20 minutes from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station by car. Taxis and private transfers are the easiest option, and we’ll share the exact address and final directions closer to the date.
No need to plan ahead. A representative from the local taxi company will be stationed at the villa each evening to organise cars, so you can head home whenever you please throughout the night.
If you’re driving, there will be complimentary parking available at the villa throughout the celebrations. Please note those who are planning to drive need to be willing to take a taxi home cause you’re still partying.
